girls_of_pawn Hi David, we recently sold you the Gucci bag and noticed you gave us a two star rating and wanted to express our apologies for the delayed shipping. I upgraded my phone and when I did that it logged me out of Poshmark on my new phone as well as my email and I didn’t get the notification until I logged into my email at work a few days later and packed it and shipped it out immediately that day. You can tell by our other sales that this is not something that always happens.
