ruthietoons @boredombooks Yes that is the circumference on the inside and I am not sure about the other 2, I am just leaving my house for the day and will not be back till probably around 6 tonight but the only thing I can tell you is that those are men's hats

danixnicole Hey David due to the snow storms we are experiencing where I live I am not yet able to get out to ship the shirt. It will happen soon it’s packed up and ready go as soon as the snow stops and the roads are safe
