Hi, you need to contact Poshmark Support if your package didn’t arrive. The 1 Star rating negatively affects my business but doesn’t ever get seen by Poshmark. Please email them so they can resolve this for you.

Hi, No I never got a new shipping label last night, so I had to cancel the sale. (If I sent it to the wrong address it would cause a lot of problems for both of us.) We only have 3 hours to cancel a sale after purchase. So, after waiting a few hours, I canceled it & went to bed. I figured you'd changed your mind since you did not reply. I HAVE re-listed the vest, though, so, IF you've fixed your address in the system, we can start over again: you can re-purchase it! Thanks, Nancy
