My daughters husband is a teacher and works with a social worker to help these families going to his school. Friends have donated items for me to sell, but otherwise using all their own money. cspinging @david_amberg Could I ask a question? (Don’t really know who else to ask.) If someone asks you to hold something until payday—make the item Not for Sale—and payday comes and goes, how long do still You hold it for? Do you not hold things? Or do you have a set number of days?

david_amberg @cspinging Sure, no problem. I hold items for people at times. It does depend on the vibe I get off the person. I would suggest if the time comes when they said they would buy the item, just send a quick message and ask them if they are still interested in purchasing from you. If no message is received, then just go ahead and sell it to someone else. I hope this us helpful. Please let me know if you need anything else :)
