hall7046 @victoria9980 Hi! I have a question, I'm struggling to see where and how I get notified when someone buys or bids a product. After a few emails to potential buyers, they mentioned I should receive and email. Which I checked and found one in Spam. when I opened it, it showed link expired. Where can I validate all my settings are correct?

victoria9980 @hall7046 Hi David! Offers last only 24 hours. They can be easier viewed though the notification on the app. You can also send offers to buyers that they will have an opportunity to accept for the same window of time. A like means the buyer is interested in buying the item or saving it for later. Poshmark propably notified you of the offers or maybe just likes by email.

victoria9980 @hall7046 An influx of emails can accidently be sent go the spam folder automatically by your email client. These emails are unlikely scams unless they do not come from Poshmark. However, all transactions should stay on the site. So, if someone contacts you (check what email address the emails are sent from) to buy or sell Poshmark items through email, then do not hesitate to report it or contact Posh Customer Support. 🙂
