lindseyanne9 @davida88 The stroller straps are sold separately and I did not buy those. I can't find the wipe case, unfortunately, but honestly, it was worthless. I used it a couple times and the wipes were always dried out because it didn't seal. I found a much better wipe case from OXO on Amazon. I could do $80 if that works for you!
