sweetpapier Hello Dawn -- I saw the rating you gave for the esme GMG dress you purchased from me. I did video the dress before I shipped it documenting that the zipper was fully functioning + that the dress was in perfect condition. The problem is that GMG incorporates invisible zippers in their dresses making it tricky to zip up. But again, I do have the video documenting the zipper going up + down with zero issue.

dawnharris256 @kluesenercloset Unfortunately, no, the app says that the item has been shipped (I’m guessing that’s automatic after the label gets created) and therefore I can’t change the address on my end.
