rshah90 I got a reply on my FB post in the group "If you have unpaired the device it should not be connected to your account. Have the new owner try to pair it again but this time get away from ALL things Bluetooth including keyboards, speakers, etc. I have also had to go outside and turn off my Wi-Fi using only data to pair. If not, have her contact tech support through the "report a problem" section of the app. That will give them the s/n and firmware id they need. They are fantastic!"

dawn7roth @melgonzalez99 I'm glad you messaged me. You should not relist the glasses. They are defective. The plastic nose piece is loose/ damaged. I wanted those glasses so badly I went down to the ray ban store and bought a pair at full price. Yours look a lot like the ones I bought but they don't feel anything like them.
