Hi Callie- I noted in the comments of the case that you advertised the leggings as Lululemon, but never indicated that they were not Lululemon in your description. You state that they are Yogasmoga, but that could easily be a Lulu style line (i.e.- align crops, wunder under, etc.) rather than a different brand. I would not have bought these if you had advertise clearly and correctly by noting they were listed under Lulu only for exposure.

@dmonacella YOGASMOGA is a clothing brand. I'm sorry you felt I was being deceiving by tagging LuLuLemon in the brand. But based on the description, the photos, as well as the price I thought it was incredibly clear these were not LuLuLemon. Hence the exact reason I posted a photo of the YOGASMOGA symbol which is a gold triangle NOT even close the the silver logo of LuLu. It just seems very ridiculous to open a case over that. I do accept returns and we could've settled it that way

Based on my response I believe it is clear that I am not aware of the Yogasmoga brand. I apologize if I am going about this communication incorrectly. I only buy from Posh and have only ever had one incident that resulted in an issue. I am more than happy to resolve this in whatever way you would prefer; however, I may need your guidance on how to withdraw the case.
