I know that Poshmark has resolved this issue ruling in both our favor, refunding your purchase price and also depositing my profit from the sale to my account. geminiangel86 It was broke off in tube possible from shipping and it was dried out and would barley go on at all. I'm very big into makeup and I own tons of it and the only time this happens is when it's old so that's why I filed the complaint because I had every right to. So I'm happy it worked out for both of us but the one I got I was highly unhappy with so I hope that answers your question thank you
