coachdarlin34 I apologize I did purchase the dress from a lady from our local yard sale page she said it was new I got cancer didn’t have chance to wear it I have lymphoma We are a smoke free home I do know that my mail lady does smoke but honestly I hate sold quite a bit never had a complaint I just hate you had a bad experience and I’m so sorry! I do have another Amelia it’s a medium NWT I purchased from my friend that sells Lularoe if you want me send that one

acostadm @coachdarlin34 it’s okay. I already have washed the dress-I appreciate you taking the time to try to make it right. I understand how things like this can happen. I was more upset at it being listed as New without tags and finding a used tissue in the pocket. Thank you again for taking the time to contact me. mcmcat13 Please send my dress back. You will be refunded. The dress was NWOT and I have never worn. I closely look over my items for sale. It upsets me that even with tons of “stains” and a strong smell (we use All Free and Clear because of our baby-even though it hadn’t been washed because it was NWOT), you would still want.

acostadm @mcmcat13 part 2–To provide clarification to part of your comment- I was willing to accept it because I felt as though I could get the markings/stains out. This explanation was stated exactly as that in the initial review. If I didn’t feel I could get them out I wouldn’t have accepted it. Additionally, the dress is in good condition over all but due to the odor and markings it’s not reflective of a new dress....This is what caused upsets with me.

acostadm @mcmcat13 That said, I would have purchased this even if it was listed as used condition because I liked the dress, which is why I bought it. I apologize again for causing any upsets, I assure you I am being honest with my review of the item. Again, if there are ways to upload photos as part of my review I will do so. This would allow you to see what I see and put an end to the confrontation....which again was not my intention when leaving a review.

acostadm @mcmcat13 I provided a photo in my msg with them &asked for a way to provide more. I asked that they send them to you as I’m not going to upload photos. Doing so makes this a public confrontation which is beyond unacceptable. Providing reviews is what is asked of me as a buyer. I hope that poshmark is in touch with us soon& you have the opportunity to review the photos through them. This matter is now in their hands& I do not wish to continue this further. Thank you!
