blessdez @dawnqueen00 ok The UGGs black boots tdoesn't allow you to step into them... I don't know if there was a different way to pull them up etc.... what's the return process? The zip area does not zip down probably to allow your foot to go in...

dawnqueen00 @blessdez Poshmark allows you to keep the shoes for 2 days so you can see if you like it . It's to late now . So in your future purchases try your shoes on the day you get it them and notify Poshmark if you don't like the item then they give you a mailing label to send it back before the money is released . You accepted the item and didn't let me know with in 2 days . Now the item is yours and you have to resell it
