labelladeborah Hi Dawn, thank you for purchasing my hat. My printer is broken so I forwarded the label to my husband at his office and he’s going to bring it home after work today. Which means that I cannot get it out in today’s mail. Let me know if that is okay with you. I live in California so if you were purchasing to wear to an event next week- it might not get there in time.

labelladeborah Hi - I wasn’t able to get to the post office this morning- please accept my apologies. I boxed up your hat last night. It’s in a large box so that it won’t have any damage. I got called into work this morning so I didn’t get the chance to drop it off. It will go out tomorrow. Again- my apologies. 🙏🏼

labelladeborah @msdwan you’re welcome. I usually ship same day but the holiday time has gotten crazy with people calling off on their schedules- they know good ole dependable me will cover for them. I don’t care because it’s more $$ for me, just messes up my plans. Take care- break is over!

labelladeborah I dropped off your package at the post office parcel drop this morning at 10:30am. I haven’t received a scan notification as of yet. I usually wait in line for a receipt but today the line was out the door and I had an appointment at 11:30 I had to get to.

breeknight15 Hmmmm...I just got a reminder to ship notification from Posh. I’m thinking it just hasn’t registered yet from the post office but if it doesn’t give a tracking number by tomorrow afternoon I will go to the post office after work and see.

breeknight15 Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I went to the post office and they told me there was a “blip” over the weekend and that the package should be tracking by tomorrow. I contacted the main Post Office too and they are looking into it. I’m really irritated about this and if you want to cancel your order I totally understand! I just wanted to let you know though so you could decide based on what I know. Ugh. I’m so sorry!

breeknight15 Hi! Well, I just looked and they are finally tracking. I have no idea what happened but I think it has something to do with my having the worst post office ever. I have multiple claims out on this package now and had to wait in line to get zero help twice-I had given up, uuuggghhhh! All I can do is apologize at this point. I am so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. I am SO sorry!!!
