erika040404 @doosya Hello. I have open tracking updates on package you have order. Both you have delivered some day, only with bigger box you have from post office notes. Today it's say you have refused pick package. Can I now why?

doosya @erika040404 I don't know what happened. The left the smaller box but the post office note for the bigger box said I had to come pick it up. When I went to the post office to pick it up today they said there was postage due and that I had to pay $13.58 in order for them to give me the package. I went on the Poshmark site and it said to refuse the package and have the seller resend it with the proper label.

doosya If you go to the Support Center and type POSTAGE in the search box . . the 1st question is, Why is USPS asking for more postage? If the amount is over $10 it says to send it back. I do want the package.

erika040404 WORNING. The buyer order multiple items from me I have sent package and after 3 weeks package returning back by refused from the buyer. Don't spend the time packing and don't spend your money for gass drop the package at USPS.

doosya She used the wrong label, USPS would not release package unless I paid $13.58 (plus the $6.49 I paid originally) Per PoshMark guidelines I refused pkg so the SELLER COULD RE-LABEL AND RE-SHIP! She CHOSE not to do that. I WANTED THE PACKAGE! Requests for updates were ignored. I recvd the refund today, March 9, purchase made February 13th!! It's unfortunate, I REALLY like her closet. I would have preferred the order instead of a refund.
