lushwildrye @sugarplum64 Hi Dawn, got the exact measurements... Chest ( measuring armpit to armpit) is 36'. Top elastic band to the bottom of blouse is 17" Note that it's off- the shoulder and has chic puffy sleeves. The lowest I can go for this top is $36 (-28 credit) so- differences of $8. Is that ok? if so, I'll create an item for $8 and tag you. Thanks again for everything.Hope you have fun plans for this weekend hun
