dawnmhale @v_johnsen. Congratulations! How exciting!Your money will go into your "my balances" once your customer receives their item an accepts the item. So first, you print the shipping label and ship the item. Then you can add your bank account info to "my balance" then you can request a transfer once the money is available.

dawnmhale @v_johnsen. It could mean they are deciding if the are just items they would like to add to the bundle. Or it might mean they are waiting for you to make them an offer. You can make an offer here without having to offer reduced shipping. Or they might be saving it for future reference. You could try making them an offer to see if they are interested in buying. 😊

dawnmhale @v_johnsen that might mean you already have an offer on one or more item. To them or someone else. You could have them make you an offer that might include an extra discount. So if the bundle was for $20 and you wanted to offer free shipping. They could make you an offer for $14 and that would offset $6 towards the shipping. Let me know if that doesn't make sense.
