faru87 @partishd99 I requested Poshmark to initiate a refund. they should email you a label so you can return the products back and receive a refund. Again apologies. I thought the video would have caught the purse's quality and flaws I attempted to point out. It may be faster if you initiated the return on your end.

faru87 @partishd99 go to "My purchase" and their should be a link to "contact poshmark". then you would write an email to Poshmark requesting for refund. They will email you shipping label to return item.
