cricketranch @dawnwehking FYI if you don’t accept it, so when you go in once you receive something & it says “item wrong or not as described” it allows you to return free!! You get your shipping free & your money back, otherwise when u accept it then you can’t return, I mean it won’t let you through posh so you’d have to pay to return it

cricketranch Or on your end you can try but the only way is when you don’t accept- but I’ll make it right if I have something else in my closet or I’ll send pics of the jacket after work & we can work through it

cricketranch Don’t ever accept something if your unhappy, that way you get a full refund of cost & shipping & they give you a return label to send it back

cricketranch So for me I would only refund you what I received which was $20 because they take 20% and you wouldn’t get shipping so you lost all that $, I wish people knew that because I make mistakes & gladly take it back without penalty, but on your end you’d have to not accept it

cricketranch You’d have to pay to mail it back & have lost your original shipping fees etc. so try on your end to cancel this for your full refund, otherwise I’ll make you a deal on something else to make it up since you accepted & might not be able to reverse the acceptance
