kattax Sorry to hear you aren’t happy with the dress, my photos do show it zipped and unzipped, and I had no trouble with it. I wish you would have opened a case with Poshmark in case some damage was done during transit, as they probably would have reimbursed us both. But, there’s nothing more that I can do to resolve your issue since you decided to accept the order and rate 1 star!

kattax @dawnmcclellan well, it worked just fine when I listed the dress and tested the zipper, so I’m saddened to hear that it stopped functioning properly after you received it. For future reference, reach out to the seller before accepting an order if you have an issue with anything. Once you accept the order our hands are tied and we can’t do anything to assist/resolve things. Good luck!
