soulful_hippie Hi dawn, I know I'm not supposed to take it personally when I get less than a 5 star rating. I do think it is rather unfair on shipping time. I mailed the same day you ordered. 4 day turn around & 2 of those days there was no mail service... Sunday and President's Day. I will continue to strive for my excellent customer service and shipping the same day as ordered. Once it is in the care of the postal service it is out of my control. Have a great day!!
