I am so sorry to cancel your purse order. I had the purse stored in the garage, unfortunately I found it damaged. the leather is so hard and dry and has cracks. I am so sorry.

I absolutely loved the shoes. I have no idea what happened but they literally fell apart before my eyes. I wish I was able to put pics up for you. You would not believe your eyes.
I do quite a lot of shopping on this site and this has never happened before.
Anyway, I appreciate your prompt response and offer of a refund.
