Sorry to read your purchase was not up to par. the item was shipped out the same day you purchased it and no messages were sent by you with regards to any problems so i could have opportunitytomake things right . No claim was ever filed. The bag was never used since purchase. It was damage free, had no signs of were and 100% clean. The bag was double wrapped to ensure it arrived safely. Thanks for your constructive criticism and I will try to make sure these issues never happen again.
