I wanted to first apologize and say that I do ship everything same day, and your item went out of my house on Saturday afternoon shortly after you’ve purchased. I’m sad that it wasn’t satisfactory to you, and really don’t know how I could have improved ship time since I shipped same day! Sorry you weren’t completely happy...

dawnpowell858 its at the post office because of my shift working in hospital 7to 7 post office is close at the end of my shift i am going try and get there today or tomorrow on my lunch break when they said no one is at the address is the postal slip they leave in the box to collect it .definitely today or tomorrow i will get it thank you .
