Hello, I’m so sorry about the mistake with the order. I just received a message from poshmark. This was my response.
That is correct and I sincerely apologize. I had my younger sister ship the items because I was away , I just spoke with her and she made me aware that the item was damage and that is why she didn’t include it in the package which was the right decision. I just wish she made me aware so I could contact the buyer. My apologies.

Hi dawn, I seen you applied for a full refund couple days ago but haven’t mailed back the the 2 of the 3 items delivered. I have the 3rd item which was missing and once agin I apologize about the whole situation. I swear to you this was a one off and unfortunately the mistake was made with your order. I can mail the third item to you and can add a gift on me. Let me know how you would like to proceed.

At no fault of yours they have sent me an email December 2nd In regards to the refund. That is obviously not the case I will ask them to confirm with you and to re-credit my account for those two items and the third which will be on its way today. I created a bundle for you pick one of the two and I’ll include it in a package on me

@dradz0623 I didn’t hear back from them. I will send your items today so you can Finally get them - even if I don’t hear back from poshmark because I’m in PA and the post office closes early here. You seem like a nice person so will figure it out when I hear back from them.

Hey Dawn, how are you. I did not forget about you I’m working with the factory They said they will let me know as soon as they’re ready. Once I have them in my possession that’s when I will place in your bundle because I don’t want you to have expectations then I can not to Deliver. But I believe I will have them no later than end of next week. Can you just do me a favor please confirm the size. I have sizes from 5 to 13 be made but I want to make sure I reserve yours.

@dradz0623 hey, it’s not only the factory I had issues with USPS and Poshmark with poor record keeping. I had to go through all my orders for the last 120 days since I realized there has been inconsistencies. I will get the boots for you once I do I will place them in your bundle for the price wr originally agreed on.
