Hi there! I’m sorry the Xhilaration romper wasn’t to your liking, however Posh ratings are to be used to rate the seller’s service, not the actual item itself since we can’t control how the items are made by the company.
I strive to provide excellent service with my wrapping, fast shipping and communication, and have a stellar record of hundreds of 5 star ratings, so the 3 star rating actually hurts my stats as a seller for something that was out of my control. 😔

@dawn9015 first I cannot add anything to a item sold , because each one have to have he’s own traking number , only if you bundle 2-3 items I cane send all together at the same box , and yes I put your first parquet at the post office inside the post office cause the door open fore the mailbox.

Hi Dawn, this is Beth with the Clarks shoes. I listed these for my mom and they are indeed gently worn and still have the sticker on both shoes soles, however there is a different mark on both heel backs and only one of them shows in picture 3...it’s the left shoe that didn’t show up...I didn’t see this initially but want to let you know before I ship in case you want to cancel. @dawn9015 ok, so what I did was add a photo to the last picture in b.o.c. shoe listing for you to see...it’s the only other shoe in my closet...shoes both heels in high lighting, no shadows and up very close. Let me know what you think, these are only marks on either shoe

@bethycat123 Hi Beth...I received the shoes but they're the wrong size. They were listed as an 8 but they are an 8.5. I wanted to let you know before I put the claim in with Poshmark to send them back to you. They're too big on me as I'm usually a 7.5 or an 8. The only way I could get away with wearing them is to wear them with long pants to keep them from flipping and to hide the inch gap. I bought them to wear with dresses. I'm happy to send them back to you or I'd be willing to

I think they'll ask you whether you prefer to have them returned to you at your cost or if you want to just cancel the order. Depending on how much profit you made from the sale, if you think it's worth paying to have them sent back to you, they'll send me a label. I'll file it now and you'll get it.
