I am so sorry about this! This has been my only experience with Poshmark. I don’t know how it all works yet. I had sent a message to the support team about the pouch, and they told me to open a return case, but I told them I didn’t want to return the earrings. I thought they would release the funds after I said that. I went to my purchases and tried to accept, but because the support case is open it won’t let me. I emailed them again to close the case and release the funds. I apologize again!
