cortinofrank Hi Dawn I received the watch looks great however when went to my jeweler to put in a battery the old battery was still in watch and leaked acid on the internal parts. He worked on the mechanism and got it working but was not sure if the issue was resolved .I am willing to hold the watch and not use it for 2 or 3 weeks and see if it continues to work it cost ne $25 today but if parts have to replaced by Tag service tech it will be between $100 to $150..will you be willing to go 1/2 cost If neede

cortinofrank Unfortunately watch has stopped working will bring it to my jeweler on Tuesday he will get an estimate from Tag service repair. If to much to fix will have to return it to you let's hope can be repaired at reasonable cost..

cortinofrank Hi well bad news the repair will be $320. The leak from the battery acid damaged the control mechanism and some other functions.. I will be picking up the watch today and returning to you tomm. If you don't repair it they said you could sell parts ex.. dial. ,bracelet, bezel.

cortinofrank Posh is telling me I had 3 days from receipt of watch to ask for return so it's up to you the seller to work with poshmark...always something like I said I'll return to you tomm and you can send me a check for refund if you can't resolve with poshmark let me know

dawnd968 i have reached out to Poshmark support. what would happen...if you return it to me and I give you the full refund, I am out the fees that Poshmark charges. I am certainly giving you a full refund I just want to find out how Poshmark handles the sellers fees. I'm attempting to make this even across the board otherwise I'll lose nearly $80 in fees. Hold tight ... I will keep you posted. I'm not going anywhere :)

Once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and, unfortunately, cannot be revered for a return or refund. I do want to assist you in ensuring that your buyers have any concerns about their order, please have them reach out to support@poshmark directly so that we can better assist them." .....

dawnd968 @cortinofrank ... i have not taken the money out of my poshmark balance...i would still like to try to get poshmark to return to me their portion that they take from each sale so i don't lose money...in all i will because i'll need to seel the watch for parts or get it fixed. Poshmark's fee for this was $72. I will give you full refund just ask for a few days to work with Poshmark.
