Hello Dawna. I’m really sorry that you’re disappointed with your purchase. I can assure you it is not home made. It actually cost me $45 from Macy’s. I guess in reality a scarf is basically a piece of fabric, and the fringe hem was made that way for style. If you want to send it back to me I’ll send you a refund as I am of integrity and don not want an unhappy Posher. Thank you.
