dawne_liscious @destanigrace Hi! Thanks for the note! I’m following your page and looking forward to doing more with Poshmark! Ido have a question— I sold a Gucci purse which needs to be authenticated by PM Luxury team. After that my understanding is they then send it to the buyer. But I haven’t been paid.yet. Do I still mail it and then get paid by Poshmark? Thanks for your help! D.

destanigrace @dawne_liscious yes! So you will ship your item out to Poshmark & then they will ship it to the buyer. From there, once the package is delivered to your customer, the buyer will need to approve of the order & then you will receive your funds! Congratulations on your sale!✨

dawne_liscious @destanigrace Thank you Grace. What if the buyer receives the purse and doesn’t like it? Do they send it back to Poshmark and dies Poshmark send it back to me??

destanigrace @dawne_liscious There are strict return policies that Poshmark has so I would recommend you check those out when you have the time! If the buyer would have opened a case for a return & was approved, then they should send the item back straight to you. Hopefully this helps! ✨
