Hi Dayana - I realized since a 'case' was open there was no way (righteously) I could do the exchange. Posh should be forwarding you a 'Return Shipping Label'. Again, my sincerest apologies for all of this. Hoping you have a safe Holiday Weekend.

You know, that is a great question. I'm just not sure...I would think they would be able to help or even a Package Store may give you more one on one time. I'll try and research to see what I come up with :)

Can't help with the car; however, I believe one of those options would be the best as I'm not sure how long Posh will give you to return. I would take my phone, show the email/picture of label and they should be able to assist.

@moemoeman ok it's in the mail but the posh email said the label needs to scanned within 24 hours. mailbox gets picked up shortly after.
