gphilipanics @daynawebster106 ....when you get an offer from someone on an item in your closet, a NOTIFICATION for that offer comes up in you NEWS FEED. You click on that notification and accept the offer. Then pack item, print label, attached to package and drop in mailbox or post office.

theresarc70 Hi , I have your items. Once the claim gets filed by you then Poshmark will send me a label as well to send your items to you. Poshmark does it all for us but they need the claim done by you. I am truly sorry to hear about your family. I have her a nice discount off her next order due to my mix up with the labels. Once you file the claim that you received the incorrect items Poshmark will send you a return label the box comes back to me. I have to put it all back in stock as well as yours then she will reorder them. If you want yours Poshmark will send me a label and I can send your items to you. Hope this helps😊

Take pictures of all items in the box and they will send you a return label to send the order back to me. They will ask if you still want your original order? If so they will send me a new label to Re ship it to you. For the inconvenience you will receive a card with special thank you.Thank you so much 🌺
