franklewisllc I am very interested in the CHIP robot dog. I will purchase this product if you can please provide me with the condition of CHIP and his accessories. My little girl would love this little fella. What is the condition & are there any issues, defects, or damages to CHIP or any of the accessories?

franklewisllc You sold me a defective item for my Daughter's birthday & I had to watch her cry after receiving her gift yesterday. The dog will not move from one spot to the other as it seems as if the internal gears are stripped. I hope I am wrong and you can tell me that it is something simple that I must do to make the item work correctly other wise I request a full refund and have already brought this up with Poshmark. I am waiting to hear back from them on what is the next step in returning the item...

daynadealy @franklewisllc I am so so sorry! That was not my intent but it had worked. We thought we couldn’t figure it out and my son ran out of patience. You can definitely have a full refund. Please accept my apologies. That is so so sad.
