elleo3 Hi, I purchased the Kate Spade Holland watch from you a few months ago and just got around to having the battery put in - was sold as brand new but needed a battery. The jeweler opened the backing and it’s a completely empty case with no watch mechanism inside. So it’s useless and a fake. What do you propose we do about this? Would suggest a refund. Please get back to me to resolve. Thank you.

tattoodayna @elleo3 I'm so sorry to hear that, It is a real Kate Spade watch, but unfortunately when I purchased them I wasn't told that some of them were sample watches from their store. I will absolutely give you a full refund, I will reach out to Poshmark now. I apologize for the inconvenience!

tattoodayna I had someone purchase a different watch from me 3 mths after yours. they let me know of the same situation within a week of them purchasing it, so I thought it was a fluke since I hadn't heard from you about your watch missing its mechanics. I just assumed yours was fine. once again, my sincerest apologies. after the last customer I pulled the last watches off the site just in case.
