I was extremely saddened to read that you were so disappointed with it you felt compelled to throw it away!! Although the shirt belonged to a friend and I wasn't really familiar with it, I believe I would've noticed the horrible condition you described and wouldn't have even listed it. I will donate items in subpar condition rather than try to sell them.

I really wish you would've given me the chance to compensate you through the system instead of giving me a 2 star rating and a sour comment. I had managed to maintain an excellent rating up to that point. In the future, I would graciously suggest that you give someone an opportunity to correct a situation before you tarnish their reputation on Posh. Thanks!
