hearmerohrer @kfab333 yeah, they bought hundreds of $$ of stuff from Lands End and 4 different beauty product companies online before my card company contacted me to ask if they were legit charges...but all gotten taken care of before anything was shipped. Weird thing was they were having everything shipped to me!?!? Apparently it's some scam out there 🙄

downtowncali Hi! Thank you for purchasing the obermeyer kids jacket. You know, I actually made an attempt to write notes to each buyer and didnt notice any difference. I do, however, enjoy talking to my buyers individually on posh mark and that seems to work well! I do my best to tackle two jobs (full time reselling and part time bookkeeper) to provide for my two little ones and past medical expenses from my middle child, on my own, hands down. 3 hours a sleep a night and trying to remember if I showered.

downtowncali After I didnt notice a difference in the notes (seriously, no difference as a reseller for 20 years, there is no difference). I accept that I can not satisfy everyone but if my product is as described and to satisfactory, that's what I thrive for. I'm sorry you were not happy not to get a note with your order but I do hope the jacket becomes worth its while.
