I bought these shoes brand new from another posher and they did not fit me which is why i resold. again, I am so so sorry! If you find something else in my closet that you like, comment and mention a promised discount and I will take an extra 10% off for you to make up for this accidental mistake. Here’s the whole thing
I spoke to a shoe repair place and was told that it a macrame material that is woven and stitched as the insole is being made. The lifted frayed macrame is pointed towards the opening of the shoe, so as you are putting on the shoe it makes it worse. Basically he said he didn’t know how he could fix it and still be comfortable to wear.

I know as I too have been burned and received a full refund once item was returned. Just know that there are alot of us honest sellers still out here .
