rosebudinsb oh, I just saw your message. I packed the bracelet up well, I thought, was it jangled around when you opened? I have personally fixed clasps with bending (if small I use tweezers) but is that the issue? was box crushed at all by USPS?

dmracz13 @rosebudinsb - Hi. The package was in decent shape but it had slid around in there. I’ve tried everything to get the clasp to stay latched but with the slightest movement, it pops open. I tried to adjust the angle a bit but no luck. It just won’t lock into place & I can’t figure out a solution. 😕

rosebudinsb @dmracz13 okay, so first important thing to do is to file a claim with the usps. I have done this before and it takes a while, but you get your money back for sure. You just have to write that the item was broken in rough handling. It is all online and is pretty quick. Here is the link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm Since I can't see it I can't figure out what to do. But take it to any jewelry shop and they can bend it right for you I am sure. Write me back?
