@gatsers789 yes we are. It's funny I was actually going to contact you as to what to do. This has never happened before. I did contact Poshmark but they never get back to you. So much for getting the package out to her immediately. 😳. You can tell she's been on the website but she never answers me.

@datcatbrat I just received an email from posh support and they said they have contacted her as well and to let them know if she still hasn't picked up the package by may 1. I've never had this happen before either and like you I always mail things out within a day or so. Hopefully they will release payment if she hasn't responded by may 1. I'll keep you updated though

They finally got back to me and said they contacted the customer. But I emailed them back and told them that the customer was just on 4 hours ago and still has not replied to our request. They need to come up with another system that's fair to the sellers. We shall see.

@datcatbrat posher bought jacket for only 10 and gave me a 1 said It smelled like cedar and I noticed she did something to you and another person with no reply as I was will to make amends. Like you i pride myself on 5 star service. I just don't know much about blocking and need input from a more experienced posher thank you.

@lgt57peanut I know who you mean. If you read previous comments she seems to have issues with a number of purchases and never answers anyone back to remedy the issue. She should at least answer. Kind of rude. A rating of 1 is pretty unfair. I sent my package out same day with a card and pretty packaging. Just like retail in a typical store you will find you can't please everyone. You can tell she has been on Posh so she saw the messages. Just let it go and move on. Don't stress. I blocked her. 😄
