melissatrends @caitlinandmatt 🚨🚨I am confused as to why you changed your Poshmark name and I sent you your purchase and forgot to hit that it was sent however you should have received them by now and you hit cancel? The label will show the tracking. You now have a different name. I’ve contacted Poshmark and they should hold your payment. This seems like it was done purposely. 🚨🚨

caitlinandmatt @melissatrends I have no idea what you are talking about. I never changed my name. Poshmark allowed me to cancel the order because the item was never sent. After 7 days of no shipment, it allows cancellations. I wanted the order.

caitlinandmatt If so, I suggest you find the tracking number and information. I will be happy to complete the purchase. I’ve done my part. I was completely justified in canceling the order with no notice of shipment and needing the item in a timely manner.

melissatrends @caitlinandmatt I was surprised that you did not get the item yet as I sent it out the day after you paid for it. I think sometimes it maybe better to contact the seller with any problems before cancelling as we are all human and I checked all boxes except the shipping one, I apologize for that.

melissatrends @caitlinandmatt I did feel scammed at first since packages usually get to the opposite side of the United States by now, however after thinking about it there was a holiday between now and when you purchased as well as a weekend and this maybe why you have not received them. I will find out from Poshmark on what actions to take next and apologize for any unprofessional behavior on my part.

melissatrends @caitlinandmatt I have messaged Poshmark twice today but haven’t heard back. They would not receive notice unless I hit the sent button. Since the item was cancelled I can’t get into it to see the shipping information. I can only see the order number. I will message them again and the tracking will show when they scanned it (which can take up to a day or longer if it’s a holiday or weekend) I’ll look into it now. I again apologize for the I convenience.

melissatrends I made a mistake and apologize for thinking you did something you did not do I have contacted Poshmark about removing my comments as I do not want to hinder you in anyway from selling or purchasing. 🚨I retract any previous statements, this was not her fault and I did receive payment which she went out of her way to see that I did get paid.🚨
