bargainwithtt I'm sorry I am just getting your messages I wasn't ignoring you I was in a meeting boss. I never used the pocketbook the new paper was still on side. I purchased on Posh for far more but it was bigger than I expected I just rePoshed. I would never deceive a customer I don't do Posh 4 money I do it bless people everything I sale I give every customers something special. Just to make them Smile. I would rather u have just returned it instead of rating me low🙁.

cookiemomster1 I'm also sorry. I could tell from your careful packing that you were not trying to be deceptive. I just don't want to have to end up paying double as the color kote and glue will be $20-25 in addition to what I paid to you. I changed your rating to 5 stars and left comment blank. It is a beautiful purse. I will send it back, but, how are we handling the postage, as I don't want to be out of any money on this, as I am returning it due to damage only.

bargainwithtt Again I'm really sorry I didn't notice the handle w/all sincerity in my heart I Never used it after I purchased for $36 + $5.95 on Posh. But I just submitted an email asking Posh to refund your money & you can just keep the pocketbook & gifts! Maybe you can still use or just bless somebody w/it💖! cookiemomster1 Thank you, but, that doesn't seem quite fair to you. I am a Christian and I did not feel any deception in you at all. Is there another way we can handle this. At least keep $10. I don't want to get over on you either. Lol, this is what happens when two people are trying to be fair to each other. Wish the world were like this. Let me know. If you only return $14, I will be fine with that.

cookiemomster1 Just FYI also, Earlier I didn't know what to do after I had tried to contact you so I also emailed Poshmark and did submit the photos to them, but, have since sent them another email telling them the issue was handled. If you want to see the photos, they will have them somewhere.

I was crying I told my husband God knows my heart i manage a bank but this brings me so much joy after a stressful day packing my Posh! The only problem is I can do the refund everything w/money is handled via Posh.

bargainwithtt @dcharity77 I don't think they will send me pics but it's ok if u say that something wrong I'm not going to dispute u. I did look back on Posh description from the person I originally bought the bag from & she said used it 3 or 4 times I rarely read details🙈 I just look at the item if I like I buy🙂once I get it if don't like it/doesn't fit I rePosh it but I never used it so I used her same pictures rePosted it & in our Posh room! I'm so sorry I didn't focus on the handle/detail.

bargainwithtt @dcharity77 but the only solution I can think of since I can't do the refund is...if you wanted something else out of my closet I can discount down to $3 the lowest amount you can use on Posh but the tough part with that is the shipping and if I ship on my own it cost far more b/c I think Posh has an agreement/discount w/Post Office. Idk it's fine go ahead & just file claim thru

cookiemomster1 Hi, I thought issue was resolved. I was trying to be fair and was going to try to fix the cracked up handles, but the purse is rotted and the fabric disintegrated on inside. Not worth repairing. Please have poshmark undo the deal & total refund as I have nothing for money I spent. If you are unable to do so, let me know and I will file a claim & send the photos showing the purse disintegration.
