febglamcloset_1 @dpniese the umbrellas has to be pushed all the way up it has a stopper. I've sold plenty on eBay and never had an issue.

dpniese @febglamcloset_1 yes I realize that but try as I may it would not activate the pin to hold it open. It seems fine now but if I have problems I will contact u. How do you have access to so many Tory burch umbrellas. Hope this is authentic as u claim. I'm happy with my purchase and really love it as long as it continues to function correctly.
