@nancyhlaigle The Hello mug was chipped right where your mouth would go... It was a gift so it was pretty disappointing. I accepted a credit from posh & threw out the mug, sadly, because I loved the other items & didn't want to return them all. Stuff happens.

@pattisidea oh Deb, I'm so sorry! I thought I had wrapped it enough....I don't have any more "hello" mugs but I do have quite a few others. I will send out a replacement for sure. I had no idea why you weren't happy with order; Poshmark keeps us in the dark lol. Sorry again and I will make things right.

Thanks, but please don't worry about it. The "Hello" was a private joke between me and my spouse and we have plenty of other mugs. I appreciate the thought, though -- it was very kind. How lame of Posh to keep you in the dark!

@pattisidea yes, I sent messages to customer support a few times when I received notice that you had opened a case...I had no clue what was wrong! They gave me an opportunity to state my side of the case, but I told them I didn't know what the issue was so how could I possibly say anything? Crazy. Oh well, I'm glad you like the two clothing pieces at least. Hope to see you again! Thanks:)
