Hello Deb, thank you fir your interest in my St John Blue Jean dress. It was worn only once and is like new. It is worth every 125 dollars I listed it for . The less than half price of $60 you offered is kind of an insult. If you are truly interested in this authentic St John please look at accepting my counter offer or the fair list price . Marion
