doyennedeb @shoebully I don’t appreciate your attitude when I am a customer offering SOLICITED feedback. I could have handled the situation quite differently (refuse to accept the bag). I did not choose to go down that path. I should have realized at that price point that it was possibly an imitation so the fault is partly my own. Trust me, you do not know CH bags better than me.

thehappyrack I just read your rating. This is an item that came from a large purchase of 88lbs of Chico's new old stock jewelry. I am sure the people I purchased from stored it in a storage unit. sorry if it has any odor - I didn't notice that when I put it in my inventory. We have a smoke free home and animal free home. I apologize for any inconvenience.

doyennedeb @foundbycaro we loved N.C. My husband attended HS in Raleigh - I worked for UNC Health until retirement but we still go back there on occasion! It is a sublime place to work and leisure. But Texas is where our kids were born and are still today - so Texas it is❤️😉
