debwilkinson610 @ninamarlena nothing you did , the shoe itself won’t stay on my foot! The heel slips. Was there a strap there at one time?

ooglaplentium @debwilkinson610 no, the sandal is not designed with a strap. You may be able to purchase a little stick-on pad that will stop your heel from slipping.
