Hi Deb! Did you order the orange sak roots crossbody purse from me? If so it may have accidentally got marked as received on your end bc I’m showing it was delivered but I have yet to ship it and can no longer access the shipping label. I tried contacting Poshmark w no luck but did see a support section stating what to do if you accidentally confirm delivery and released funds. -Heather Sugarek

well this is what it says:
If an order is accidentally marked received and it has not yet shipped, please allow 7 days from the date of purchase for the seller to ship your order.
If your order has not shipped by the 7th day from the date you purchased the item, contact Poshmark Support. We suggest reviewing all orders prior to releasing the seller's earnings as once funds are released to the seller we are unable to reverse this action.
