xplosvz I can’t believe you had an issue with the delivery! I’ve never encountered any issues with a buyer receiving goods. I don’t appreciate the 4 star rating, but I would be upset too. Maybe you should have showed the USPS employee the list of boxes that can be used from the Poshmark website bc the box I used was on the list. Or contact Poshmark directly.

xplosvz I find it extremely odd bc they tried to deliver 3 times. I’ve never known USPS to ask for anything due at your door. I think someone made a mistake somewhere. Again, I used a box on the list, but apologize for any inconvenience.

debdav37 @xplosvz I did contact Poshmark who told me the reason I had to pay more was b/c wrong size box was used. Their recommendation was to decline package, send back to you so that you could repackage and reship. I was going to do just that but thought all that trouble wasn’t worth the $1.93 extra I had to pay. Great product but wasn’t happy that it took a week to figure why the package wouldn’t be left at my door and to pay.

xplosvz @debdav37 Yes, I reimbursed you, the $2 postage you paid even though it wasn’t any fault of mine. I verified with USPS that it was in the correct box and under 5 pounds. The USPS delivery person said it was an unsafe location to leave the package thats why is wasn’t left at your door. Good luck with the shoes and the tote bag that I added to the shipment for you. I hope the $2 helps.

debdav37 @xplosvz lol @ unsafe. I shop Poshmark and other retail shops often that this was the 1st ever a delivery person didn’t leave package or considered unsafe. I live in a pretty secure area. Nonetheless, thank you for reimbursement. It was more about the inconvenience of having to go to the Post Office for pickup especially being that I work past post office hours. Thankfully I was off of work Monday when I made it to the post office. My son is enjoying the shoes.
