OK did I get tracking information? And for some reason posh Mark contacted me and said I received one of them but I don't have any packages on my porch and I didn't get it in the mail didn't get it in front of my garage but without tracking information I don't know how to find out what happened to it can you clarify please thanks Deb

I have a problem with a seller that you had the exact problem with - SheBee1991. She sent an offer to me on a necklace that I liked and I accepted it. After a little over a week I started send messages to her. She told me she mailed it, but it still shows that it hasn’t started tracking. She won’t respond to me or Poshmark. She has blocked me so I can’t comment on her site. Is there a place on Poshmark, other than customer service, where Poshers can discuss dishonest sellers like this?

Hi Deb, I'm packaging your order and I cannot find the black dress. things got moved around here recently and it must be misplaced, but I know it's here. I have the pink one. what would you like to do? Can cancel and you could repurchase the pink one or I can cancel or I can replace the dress with something else. I'm really very sorry about this. the 2 dresses were together. I don't know what could have happened! Please let me know how you'd like me to proceed. Thank you!

@ckourkoulis Thank you for getting in touch with me so quickly. I Don’t want a placement and I don’t want just the pink dress so I see two options. One I’m willing to give you to Tuesday if you want to search and see if you can find it and then send it to me. Too if you either can’t find it or I am not able to have the time to look for it right now just go ahead and cancel the order And have Poshmark refund my money. Let me know which one works for you.
