memeof2 Hi@michemomma .......the sperry's have a leather upper...these are brand new.....my daughter bought last year for her son and he didn't wear but she never took them back so this is a great buy! I measured the jeans from the waist to crotch.....12"..... I would say regular waist, I bought for myself but they are too small! Hope this helps!
