debbiehargitt Sorry for delay in response. I do not wish to return nor do I want a refund. I was simply rating item honestly. I did not feel that you accurately described the extent of wear on shoes and it appears that a marker has been used to cover scuffs and marrs. They are comfortable but just not what I expected.

I'm a opinion rated seller and have received only 5-star ratings (75+) until your sale.'Pre-loved' is defined as well worn, so you should shop at a retail store or ask questions about items if you plan on fulfilling your expectations. Clearly, you're satisfied if you didn't return them, so enjoy and please don't shop my closet again. Take care.

When someone ships a return back Poshmark, does not tell you why.
